If your gear doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right — simple as that.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
Unworn & Unwashed
Original packaging & tags intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Gift cards or promotional items

Final sale or discounted products

Worn, damaged, or altered item
Return Process

Email returns@arktical.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

Ship the item back to the address provided.

Once received and inspected, you’ll get confirmation of refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Need a different size or color?
We offer one free exchange per order (where applicable).
